Easy no knead Bread Recipe (for two loaves) : Put 2 tablespoons of breadmakers yeast & 2 tablespoons of salt into a large bowl ** Add 4 cups of hot water (hot tap water will do the trick) & mix. Add 8 cups of high grade flour (plus a handful of any oats/seeds etc if you want to) and mix to combine. Leave to rise in the bowl until it's at least doubled in size (could take a couple of hours). Flour your hands and punch down the mixture, then transfer into greased loaf tins, or just shape onto an oven tray. Leave to rise for approx. another hour, or until it just start poking over the top (depending on the size of your loaf tin). Bake in a preheated oven at about 220oC for 30-40 minutes depending on your oven, may take some experimenting to get it just right. ** note I have since discovered it's better to put the salt in after the flour as it can interfere with the yeast :) Please his like, comment and subscribe, and visit my facebook page for more tips on doing things cheaper at / cheaperwaysnz 0:00 Introduction 0:35 Recipe 7:13 Cooking Instructions 8:55 Slicing
