Raisin rolls: here is how to make them soft and tasty!

Here’s the secret to making them as tasty as the ones you get at the bakery. INGREDIENTS for the dough: 200ml milk 15g fresh yeast 50m vegetable oil 100g sugar 1 egg lemon zest 500g flour 1 tsp salt for the filling: 250g custard cream 80g raisins DIRECTIONS 1. Dissolve the yeast in the milk, add the oil, egg, sugar, and then gradually add the flour. Once the ingredients are mixed together well, let it rise for 2 hours. 2. Roll out the dough and spread the custard cream over it and add the raisins. If you have a sweet tooth, replace the raisins with chocolate chips. 3. Roll everything up and then slice it into 1cm thick slices. Let them rise for another hour. 4. Brush the rolls with milk and bake at 180°C for 35 minutes. TIP: As soon as you remove them from the oven, cover them with a tea towel. This will make them even softer.
