Inside Professional Women’s Rugby | Leicester Tigers Women

To celebrate International Women’s Day, we invited some players from Leicester Tigers Womens Rugby (Deni Ross, Micke Gunter, Jemima McCalman) to our HQ to talk all things women’s rugby. The goal of the conversation was to bring to light some of the realities that women playing professional sport face, along with the challenges that fans of the sport might not think about. Both rugby and the logistics industry have traditionally been male-dominated. Our partnership with Leicester Tigers Women reflects a shared ambition: to raise awareness of the barriers women continue to face, while celebrating the people who are driving change and raising standards across both industries.
