Recipes in This Video 🥙 Classic Hummus 🥑 Fresh Guacamole 🥬🌽 Spinach & Corn Triangles (Spanakopita-style) 🍗 Restaurant-Style Chicken Lollipops _________________________________ 🥙 Classic Hummus Ingredients Chickpeas – 1 cup (soaked overnight) Tahini – 1 tbsp Lemon juice – 1 lemon Garlic – 2–3 cloves Olive oil – 1 tbsp Water – as required Salt – to taste Method 1️⃣ Boil soaked chickpeas until soft. 2️⃣ Blend chickpeas with tahini, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, salt, and water. 3️⃣ Blend until smooth and creamy. 4️⃣ Garnish with paprika and za’atar and serve. __________________________________ 🥑 Fresh Guacamole Ingredients Ripe avocado – 1 no Onion (chopped) – 1 no Tomato (chopped) – 1 no Green chilli (chopped) – 2 nos Coriander (chopped) – few sprigs Lemon juice – 1 lemon Salt – to taste Method 1️⃣ Peel the avocado and discard the seed. 2️⃣ Add avocado, onion, tomato, green chilli, and coriander to a bowl. 3️⃣ Mash to desired texture. 4️⃣ Season with salt and lemon juice. 5️⃣ Mix well and serve fresh. _____________________________________ 🥬🌽 Spinach & Corn Triangles Ingredients Spring roll sheets – 4 nos Blanched spinach (chopped) – 1 cup Boiled American corn – ½ cup Garlic (chopped) – 2 cloves Olive oil – 1 tsp Dried herbs – a pinch Salt – to taste Oil – for deep frying Method 1️⃣ Heat olive oil and sauté garlic with dried herbs. 2️⃣ Add spinach and corn, season with salt, and cook till dry. 3️⃣ Cool the mixture completely. 4️⃣ Cut spring roll sheets into strips. 5️⃣ Place filling and fold into triangles. 6️⃣ Seal edges and deep fry until golden brown. ____________________________________ 🍗 Chicken Lollipops Ingredients Chicken lollipops – 12 nos Egg – 1 no Corn flour – 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp Red chilli paste – 1 tsp Vinegar – few drops Soya sauce – few drops Salt & pepper – to taste Oil – for deep frying Method 1️⃣ Clean and pat dry the chicken lollipops. 2️⃣ Mix all ingredients and marinate chicken for 30 minutes. 3️⃣ Heat oil and deep fry lollipops for 3–4 minutes. 4️⃣ Fry until crisp and well cooked. 5️⃣ Serve hot with dip.
