Nothing captures the essence of North Indian winters like Sarson ka Saag and Makki di Roti 🌿🌽 In this video, I’m sharing an authentic Punjabi-style Sarson ka Saag, prepared using fresh mustard greens, bathua, and green chana leaves, slow-cooked and mashed to perfection. Paired with Makki di Roti, cooked on a hot tawa and finished on open flame with generous white butter, this is true desi comfort food. This recipe follows traditional home-style methods, simple ingredients, and classic flavours—just the way it has been made for generations.
