Workout starts at 2:30 mark. I knew going right after the announcement would .Ean I would have some flaws in my performance. My goal was 10 rounds for this workout and I got close. Had a huge improvement over my first attempt. So what did I do differently this time to get 42 more reps? I had a vigorous warm up to build up a good sweat for starters. I focused in how many steps my hands took to the 10 inch line. I also instead of a 45° angle went laterally side to side and that helped. Undecided if it's worth a 3rd attempt to break that 10 round barrier...either way, this is definitely a workout where you can get better your second run through. 9+23 RX enjoy!
