Simple 4 ingredient Sourdough Bread Prepare Starter to make this as 1 large loaf or 2 smaller loaves 100 g Established Starter or 1/2 Cup 200 g luke warm water or 3/4 Cup + 1 Tablespoon 200 g Unbleached Bread Flour or Unbleached All Purpose Flour or 1 2/3 Cup Wait for it to rise then its ready to start making bread The Recipe: 320g Sourdough Starter or 1 Cup + 2 1/2 Tablespoons 460g Warm Water or 2 Cups 800g Bread Flour or 6 Cups 10g Sea Salt or 1 1/2 Teaspoons Knead 8 to 10 minutes until ball forms – (may need to add little bit of more flour to stop sticking to the bowl). 1st Rise in bowl: 2-3 hours Deflate – divide or keep one large, shape 2nd Rise: 2-3 hours OR 18-12 hours overnight in the fridge This recipe makes 2 smaller loaves or 1 large loaf.
