Wishing You Enjoyable Cooking Moments and a Wonderful Day:) Let me know what you think of my vegan recipes and what recipes you'd like to see next in the comments:) Subscribe to our channel for new recipes and healthy vegan meals, and don't forget to turn on notifications:) Ingredients: 1 cup cooked chickpeas or lentils 1 cup chopped spinach 1 tbsp flaxseeds (soaked in 2 tbsp water) 1 tbsp chia seeds ½ cup oat flour 1 tbsp olive oil 1 small onion (grated) 1 garlic clove (minced) ½ tsp cumin ½ tsp salt ½ tsp black pepper 🔸 Instructions: Wash and chop the spinach. Mash the cooked chickpeas with a fork. Soak the flaxseeds in water for a few minutes. Mix all ingredients and knead until well combined. Let the mixture rest for 10 minutes, then shape into patties.
