Easy Dumpling Dinner Taking store bought dumplings to the next level with this super easy to make but absolutely delicious dumpling dinner Ingredients 2 tbsps minced garlic 1/4 cup soy sauce 2-3 tbsps rice vinegar 1-2 tbsps chili garlic sauce 1/2 tbsp sesame oil 1/2 cup vegan heavy cream 1/2 cup water 4-5 cups of chopped baby bok choy 2 9oz packages of Vegan friendly dumplings, we used Nasoya Korean BBQ Chengdu Crunch from fly by jing or any other chili crunch topping Sesame seeds Freshly chopped green onions Directions Preheat oven to 375 Combine first 8 ingredients into a large baking dish Whisk until creamy Add in you baby bok choy Toss around in sauce to coat bok choy Place your dumplings into the dish making sure to evenly place them around Cover and bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes Remove and gently toss To plate Add dumpling and bok choy mix onto serving dish making sure to use a large spoon to grab sauce as well Drizzle with crunchy topping Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions Serve and enjoy!
