Cream room-temperature butter and sugar until light and smooth. 2. Add egg and vanilla, mix well. 3. Mix with flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix gently to form dough. 4. Divide dough half and half 5. Color one half red, leave the other with no coloring 6. Portion: 24g total (12g red + 12g white) 7. Roll each dough into 12cm logs (slightly thicker than a pencil) 8. Place side by side and twist gently 9. After twisting, total length should be 14cm 10. Bend the top 1.5–2cm to form a candy cane shape 11. Chill for 10–15 minutes before baking 12. Bake at 325°F for 12 minutes (Edges should slightly change color) 🎄 3 flavour Cookies Unsalted butter 100g Powdered sugar 50g Pinch of salt 1/2 Egg 25g (use half of a beaten egg) Almond powder 30g All-purpose flour 135g Method 1. Cream unsalted butter and powdered sugar until smooth and pale. 2. Add egg. Mix until fully combined. 3. Add salt, almond powder, all-purpose flour and mix just until a soft dough forms. (⚠️ Do not overmix) 4. Divide dough into 3 parts and add flavours Flavours Cinnamon: Add 0.5g of Cinnamon powder Matcha: Add 3g matcha powder Chocolate: Add 5g cocoa powder and mix Bake at 325F for 10–12 minutes Baking time may vary depending on thickness. My cookies are around 4mm thick. If you prefer thicker cookies, you can double the recipe for extra dough. 🍪 M&M Chocolate Chip Cookies Unsalted butter 115g Brown sugar 80g White sugar 40g 1 Egg (50g) All-purpose flour 180g Baking soda 1/4 tsp (1g) Pinch of salt Chocolate chips 60g M&M 50g Extra M&M 20g (topping) Method 1. Cream butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until light and fluffy. 2. Add egg and vanilla extract, mix until fully combined. 3. In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt. 4. Add dry ingredients to the butter mixture and mix just until combined. 5. Fold in chocolate chips and M&M. 6. Gently press extra M&M on top for decoration. Portion: 25–26g each Bake at 350°F for 11–13 minutes ❄️ Pistachio Snowball Cookies Unsalted butter 70g Sugar 30g Powdered sugar 20g 1 Egg yolk 20g All-purpose flour 110g Crushed pistachio 70g Method 1. Cream butter, sugar, and powdered sugar until smooth and pale. 2. Add egg yolk and mix well. 3. Add flour and mix until a soft dough forms. 4. Fold in crushed pistachios until evenly distributed. Portion: 20g each Bake at 350°F 13–15 minutes. (Remove when bottoms are lightly golden) Roll in powdered sugar while warm ❤️💚🤍 Meringue Kisses Egg whites 60g Sugar 60g Powdered sugar 60g Red & green food coloring Method 1. Whip egg whites until foamy 2. Add sugar in 3–4 additions 3. Whip until stiff peaks form 4. Fold in powdered sugar gently 5. Divide and color for Christmas tones 6. Pipe and bake at 200°F for 1 hour
