NOTE: I forgot to explain WHY peppermint oil repels mice and rats. The potent smell and vapors of peppermint sting their nostrils and eyes, so they naturally don't want to be around it. It's actually an old trick, I just explain how to do it easily and cheaply. Keep in mind, there might be some spots you need to spray the peppermint water that I didn't show such as behind the bumpers, behind the plastic fender covers, etc ALSO, if this method doesn't work, do another treatment with 30-40 drops of peppermint oil in the 32 ounce bottle until it does work.
