How to Make Baked Oats😍 In this video we’ll make 4 Easy Gluten-free Baked Oats Recipes. The flavors are: Chocolate, Banana Bread, Lemon Cheesecake & Blueberry Pie. These baked oats are a yummy breakfast, snack or dessert idea😋 Chocolate Baked Oats 1 egg 1 - 1 1/2 tablespoons maple syrup 1 tablespoon peanut butter 1/2 cup oat flour (120 ml) 1 1/2 tablespoons cacao powder 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 cup almond milk (120 ml) 1 piece of dark chocolate (I used 80% dark chocolate) 1. Mix the egg, maple syrup and peanut butter together 2. Add the flour, cacao powder, baking powder and almond milk and stir until combined 3. Pour into a ramekin and add the piece of chocolate on top 4. Bake at 180 Celsius degrees (350 in Fahrenheit) for 15-20 minutes Banana Bread Baked Oats 1 mashed banana 1 egg optional: 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup 1 tablespoon peanut butter 1/2 cup oat flour (120 ml) 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 cup almond milk (60 ml) 1 tablespoon dark chocolate chips 1. Mix the banana, egg, maple syrup and peanut butter together 2. Add the dry ingredients and almond milk and stir until combined 3. Spoon into a ramekin 4. Sprinkle the chocolate chips on top 5. Bake at 180 Celsius degrees (350 in Fahrenheit) for about 15-20 minutes Lemon Cheesecake Baked Oats 1 egg 1 - 1 1/2 tablespoons maple syrup 1/2 cup oat flour (120 ml) 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 cup almond milk (60 ml) 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest Filling: 2 tablespoons lactose-free cream cheese 1 tablespoon lactose-free Greek yogurt 1 teaspoon maple syrup 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/4 teaspoon lemon zest 1. Mix the egg, maple syrup and lemon zest together 2. Add the flour, baking powder and almond milk and stir until combined 3. Mix the ingredients of the filling together 4. Pour the batter into a ramekin and spoon the filling to the center 5. Bake at 180 Celsius degrees (350 in Fahrenheit) for 20 minutes 6. Serve with strawberries, for example! Blueberry Pie Baked Oats 1 banana 1 egg optional: 1/2 - 1 tablespoon maple syrup 1 tablespoon peanut butter 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/4 cup almond milk (60 ml) 1/2 cup oat / almond flour) (120 ml) 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1/3 cup frozen or fresh blueberries (80 ml) 1. Mix the wet ingredients together 2. Add the dry ingredients and stir until combined 3. Fold in the blueberries (save some for topping if you like) 4. Transfer the batter into a ramekin 5.
