Puerto del Carmen Lanzarote Food, Cocktails, Rice Paper Lunch, Costa Teguise Best Chinese Buffet Day Two in Lanzarote took me from Costa Teguise breakfast to Puerto del Carmen cocktails, Vietnamese lunch at Rice Paper, and the best Chinese all you can eat I’ve had on the island so far. The day started at Oppa in Costa Teguise Lanzarote with a breakfast brioche loaded with egg, cheese, avocado, bacon and sriracha. Fresh, warm, unreal — 10/10. Sandwich €8, coffee €2. Google Review ★ 4.7 (304) / oppa.cafelanzarote I grabbed the Number 3 bus to Puerto del Carmen Lanzarote (€2.90, around 40 minutes) and had a really nice walk around taking it all back in being back here. I then headed to Serenity Restaurant Chill Out and Jacuzzi Bar Lanzarote for an Old Fashioned (€11.50). Beautiful setting and a proper relaxing stop, perfect for watching the sunset from up here. From 30:30–32:01, the audio is a little odd as YouTube removed background music for copyright. Score: 8/10 TripAdvisor ★ 4.3 (57) https://www.tripadvisor.co.uk/Attract... Lunch was at Rice Paper Puerto del Carmen Lanzarote, and this place smashed it. I had Vietnamese fresh rolls with chicken (€12), spicy toast (€7.95), and a soft drink (€2.50). Fresh, colourful, loads of flavour, some amazing food, another 10/10. Google Review ★ 4.9 (143) https://sites.google.com/view/ricepap... In the evening I went back to Costa Teguise Lanzarote for the Beijing Chinese Restaurant all you can eat. Instead of a buffet counter, you order as much as you like from the menu and everything comes out fresh and hot. Adults €16.90, kids €6.90. I had eight dishes: Thai spring rolls, chicken balls salt and pepper, fried king prawns, crispy duck with plum sauce (the standout), Singapore noodles, crispy beef, beef curry, and salt & pepper ribs. Brilliant service too, and a place I want to visit again for food with the family. Score: 10/10 Meal total €26.60 TripAdvisor ★ 4.6 (1,1547) https://www.tripadvisor.co.uk/Restaur... To finish the night I grabbed chips from Canary Kebab & Snack Bar Costa Teguise Lanzarote. I’d been twice already for kebabs (fell asleep with one in bed the night before), but the lads running it are great and the chips were spot on. Score: 9/10 TripAdvisor ★ 4.5 (24) https://www.tripadvisor.co.uk/Restaur... Ended the night with an iced coffee on the balcony listening to a trumpet player somewhere in the distance which was the perfect finish to a full on food day. I hope you’re enjoying this style of travel and food vlog, real moments, food, people, and just letting the day take shape.
