Everyone , please LIKE ,WATCH,SUBSCRIBE, and FOLLOW our videos to encourage us. 😁. . . . 首先鷹嘴豆處理: 乾鷹嘴豆250g(剛好兩種口味各一份的量) 1️⃣鷹嘴豆洗淨,加水淹過鷹嘴豆(水多一點),放冰箱泡一晚。 2️⃣從冰箱取出把水倒掉,重新加水淹過鷹嘴豆,電鍋外鍋2杯水蒸熟(不必放層架),利用餘溫再悶20分鐘。 3️⃣最後結果,像影片這樣鬆軟度、手一捏就碎即可。 First , the chickpea processing: 250g dried chickpeas (just enough serving for these two flavors) 1️⃣ Wash the chickpeas, add water to cover the chickpeas (a little more water), and soak in water and kept in the refrigerator overnight. 2️⃣Take out from the refrigerator and pour out the water, refill fresh water to cover the chickpeas. 🅰️燒玉米口味 沙茶醬約1茶匙 蒜末(3瓣) 醬油膏約1.5大匙 紅椒粉約1/4茶匙 黑胡椒約1/4茶匙 白胡椒粉少許 糖約1茶匙 煮鷹嘴豆的湯汁適量 鍋裡下油,加入蒜末炒出香氣、上色,下所有料稍微拌勻、炒出香味後下鷹嘴豆跟湯汁,全部拌勻煮滾約5分鐘,收汁及入味,稍微濃稠即可。 🅰️Roasted corn flavor 1 tsp barbecue sauce minced garlic (3 cloves) 1.5 tbsp soy sauce paste 1/4 tsp paprika powder 1/4 teaspoon black pepper a little white pepper power 1 tsp sugar chickpea soup In a large pan, heat the oil, add the minced garlic, and cook until fragrant and golden brown.
