One of those recipes that seem humble, but then at the first bite make you say: "Fast food is more than enough!" #sandwich #gourmet #recipes The Zingara Ischitana comes from a traditional recipe from Campania, and I brought it to the Max Mariola Bistrò menu because it's one of those sandwiches that everyone likes: well-greased rustic bread toasted on the griddle, then fresh tomato, crunchy salad, stringy Agerola fiordilatte, Zuarina Parma ham and mayonnaise made by us. A simple but delicious thing, an explosion of flavor between two slices of bread! In the video I show you how to make the recipe for the Ischian zingara revisited by me and I show you all the steps to make it at home, maybe for a quick dinner or a lunch that kicks ass. And to REALLY HURT US, we serve it properly: with a nice side of double-cooked French fries, ketchup and kimchi made by us, because I like to mix tradition and creativity!
