This gentle body scan relaxation is designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and find moments of ease, especially during busy, emotionally full, or overwhelming times. In this guided practice, you’ll be invited to move your awareness slowly and kindly through the body, one area at a time. There is nothing to fix, change, or achieve. This body scan is a supportive practice for: • Calming the nervous system • Releasing stored physical tension • Grounding awareness in the present moment • Creating a sense of safety and steadiness • Resting deeply without needing to sleep The practice is gentle, trauma-informed, and accessible for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. You may practice lying down or seated, and you are always encouraged to skip or modify anything that doesn’t feel supportive.
