So I have a new cookbook... and these Scotch Oat Crackers were in it. And because wheat tends to hate me, I am always looking for something that rivals the real thing. THESE are pretty dang good. The other thing I love about these crackers is that it is from a cookbook that solely focuses on recipes on how to use little wheat, meat, fat and sugar which is great knowledge to have especially when times get expensive and tough.
