This flow is a seated chair flow that is great for those who prefer not to get into the floor to practice yoga, or maybe for those who work at a desk and need a quick stretch. The flow is slow, gentle and very light; however, you still get a pretty good stretch of the entire body. Do as much or as little as you prefer, because this is your journey. So, flow where your heart feels content and do what feels best for your body.
