Hi my little wheels of cheese!! Thank y'all for coming back and taking the time to learn another recipe with me and my buddy, Dave!! This week we made a CLASSIC in my house, pasta with garlic and oil. It's a super simple recipe and I hope to see y'all make it!! | Pasta with Garlic and Oil | One head of garlic 3/4 cup of olive oil One pound of linguine Parsley for garnish Pecorino Romano to taste Peel and finely chop your head of garlic. Set aside. Bring olive oil to temperature over medium heat, and drop in garlic. Bring one large pot of water to a boil and reduce garlic and oil pot to a low heat. Drop your linguine into the boiling water and cook until your preferred texture (al dente is the only good one). Drain pasta poorly so there is still a little pasta water left for the garlic and oil to mix with when you drop in your warm, browned garlic. Stir, plate, top with parsley and cheese and you're done!!
