Love M #ChefMeghna #CholeRecipe #CholeMasala Ingredients: Oil 1 big Cardamom (Elaichi) 2 cup Pre-boiled Chole (chickpeas) - While boiling chole, add cinnamon (daal-chini), salt and a cloth bag of tea & cloves to give black colour to chickpeas. 4 cloves Garlic finely chopped 1 Tej patta (Bay leave) 1 Big finely chopped onion Salt 2 tsp Ginger paste Some Ginger julians 2 finely chopped tomatoes 1 tbs Chole Masala 1 tsp Turmeric powder 2 tsp Red chili powder 1 tsp Aamchur powder Coriander leaves Onion cut in rings and green chilli Method Heat up a pan Add 2-3 spoon oil Take cardamom, break it and add it to oil Now add garlic And add Tejpatta (Bay leave) Now it's time to add finely chopped onion Add some salt Mix well, let the onion get cooked Add the Ginger paste and few Ginger Julians Cook for 2 minutes Time to add finely chopped tomatoes Add 1 tbs of Chole Masala Add turmeric powder Add red chilli powder Close the lead and cook till oil starts coming out on sides Add some water to ensure masala doesn't get burnt Now add the pre-boiled chole that we had prepared by boiling them with cardamom, salt, clove and tea bag. Mix well Add aam chur powder Mix well and let it get cooked for 5-10 minutes Finally, add some coriander leaves Serve chole in a bowl Garnish with onion and chillies Enjoy.
