Magnesium Part I Magnesium is an important mineral in your body that is involved in over 600 enzymatic reactions. People with migraine are often deficient in magnesium. Boosting magnesium levels can help decrease the frequency and severity of migraine attacks. One great way to increase your body’s stores of magnesium is to include magnesium-rich foods in your diet, such as- nuts (cashews, almonds, Brazil nuts, peanuts) spinach beans chia seeds brown rice cocoa any many more… So if you’re someone (like me!) who suffers from migraine, be sure to include these types of foods regularly in your diet. Not only do they contain magnesium, but many other nutrients as well that I highlighted in my book on eye nutrition, “Beyond Carrots - Best Foods For Eye Health A to Z!” Check it out if you haven’t yet gotten your copy- Link in bio! ☺️ Stay tuned for tomorrow’s reel where I’ll share other great way yo boost your magnesium level.
