Let's grow those LEGS!! This is a low-impact, strength-based workout that can be modified to your own unique athletic level! Just get ready to sweat 💦 WORKOUT DETAILS: Perform EACH exercise for the recommended reps and sets. The last two reps should feel difficult but still manageable with good form.
