This is a 35 minute yoga flow to ground. Part 18 of the Ground & Center Series of classes. A practice to help you feel grounded, centered and more present in yourself. Settle into the ritual and rhythm of this practice that blends a steady attention to your breath and the felt experience in your body. Physically, we bring an awareness to the feet - moving, stretching and grounding into the earth along with forward folds which enable you to calm your nervous system, turn more inward and connect back with your body and breath.
