Learn, follow and feel this exercise and free up your spine. Starting against the wall is a great starting point when up in standing. This video shows the spinal CoGS in sagittal plane ( fwd and back) I was introduced to spinal CoGS by Gary Ward and AiM. It was a game changer in how I assess and then train and provide rehab for my patients. Spinal CoGS looks at the movement between the pelvis , thorax and skull as they relate together like 3 cog wheels. The motion of these 3 areas will also mobilise the areas in between (lumbar and cervical spine). The motion of these 3 cogs happen together in the gait cycle, every step we take, in 3D!
