This video focuses specifically on upper shoulder blade pain where the upper trapezius and levator scapulae muscles are located. Pain in the upper shoulder blade region can be associated with myofascial structures, such as the upper trapezius and levator scapulae muscles. It can also be associated with referral from the cervical spine (neck), especially the C4-6 segments. The exercises in this video will help reduce pain in the region, improve neck and upper back mobility, nerve mobility and neck muscle strength and endurance.
