These exercises are based on tests that are performed as a part of the Berg Balance Scale, which is the primary assessment used in physical therapy to assess balance and fall risk. Performing these exercises on a daily basis can help improve your balance and reduce your risk of suffering a fall. Please make sure to perform them in a safe environment and with a wall or other sturdy structure nearby to catch if you were to lose your balance.
