Just add 4 simple ingredients to the bowl and mix. Anyone can make this Fast Easy Delicious bread recipe. So what are you waiting for? Let's start baking! Bake with love. Eat with happiness. --370ml /12.5 oz / 1.5 cups + 1 Tbsp Warm water --10g / 1 tbsp dry yeast. --Beat until yeast dissolves. --500g / 17.6oz / 4 + 1/6 cups Bread flour --8g / 1 + 2/3 tsp salt. --Mix all ingredients. --It's that simple, we put all ingredients in a bowl and mix. -- Mix until there is no dry flour. -- Soak it a little, there will be no dry flour left at the bottom. -- Cover it and let it rest at room temperature (20-25°C / 68–77°F) until it doubles in size. -- Sprinkle flour on the dough. -- Transfer the dough to a well-floured surface. --Flour your fingertips. --Shape the dough as I show. --Wrap the dough around the edges with a cloth and sprinkle flour on top. --Cover the dough and let it rest for 15 minutes. --Heat the pot you will be using. (You can use cast iron, enamel, ceramic or Pyrex). --15 minutes later.
