How to stop worrying and sleep at night When you struggle with chronic sleep problems, you often end up tossing and turning in bed in the middle of the night worrying about the future too much. When I was struggling to sleep well, I used to worry about all sorts of things when I wasn’t able to sleep at night. In this video, I’ll share how I help clients with these particular problems. But a word of warning, overcoming chronic insomnia takes time, so it’ll require you to be consistent when applying any of the things I suggest. Late-night worries often mean that you start thinking about these things during the day and by the time you get to bed, the emotions continue to raise and you’re not able to stop them from keeping you awake at night. But they don’t have to stop you from sleeping well and even cause long-term sleep problems or insomnia. If worries keep you awake consistently, please make sure you seek the appropriate help and speak to someone, especially, if worries in the middle of the night have been an ongoing problem.
