High Protein Green Chana Hara Bhara Kabab | Chana Hara Bhara Kabab | Hara Bhara Kabab Recipe Healthy | Chane ka Hara Bhara Kabab | Hara Bhara Kabab Quick Recipe | Hara Bhara Kabab Ingredients | Hara Bhara Kabab with Chana | Hara Bhara Kabab with Green Chana | Hara Bhara Kabab with Chana | Vegetarian Hara Bhara Kabab | Hara Bhara Kabab Recipe Vegetarian | Kabab with Green Chana | Vegetarian Kabab 📌 Ingredients: Green Chana- 1 cup Green Peas- 1 cup Oil- 1 tbsp Onion- 1 medium sized- finely chopped Boiled and mashed potatoes- 2 medium sized Low fat Paneer- ½ cup Green garlic- 1 tsp Ginger & Green Chilli paste- 1 tsp Whole Coriander Seeds- 1 tsp Cumin/ Jeera- 1 tsp Fennel/Saunf- 1 tsp Fresh Coriander Leaves- ½ cup Chat Masala- ½ tsp Garam Masala- 1 tsp Kasuri Methi- ½ tsp Salt- to taste 📌 Method: 1. Boil the green chana and peas until soft and keep aside 2. Crush coriander seeds, cumin and fennel seeds to a coarse powder and keep aside 3. Finely crush the boiled green chana and peas along with coriander leaves in a chopper 4. In a kadai, add the coarsely ground powder of coriander seeds, cumin and fennel seeds and roast until aromatic, followed by chopped green garlic, ginger and green chilli paste and onions and saute well 5. Now add the chana and peas mixture followed by chat masala, garam masala, kasuri methi and salt to taste and combine everything well 6. In a bowl, add the cooked chana and peas mixture, paneer, mashed potatoes, salt to taste and garam masala and mix it all well 7. Roll out kebabs from the mixture and cook them on a tawa with oil/ghee on both 8. Serve hot with green chutney or ketchup
