RECIPE for 8 BRIOS • 200 gr. lukewarm water • 200 gr. warm milk • 1 tbsp. coarse salt ~8 g. • 3 tbsp. sugar ~80 g • 120 gr. oil • 2 eggs • 1 fresh yeast (42 g.) or 14 g. dry yeast • 800 g flour for a bun with proteins • 100 gr. soft butter (not melted) For the spread: • 2 egg yolks • 2 tbsp. vanilla liquid or grape syrup or maple syrup Sprinkle with the egg and sprinkle with poppy seeds or sesame or simply leave as is and then bake.
