This workout includes some of our favorite exercises that we frequently incorporate into our programs. Your goal today is to lift heavy. •We're starting off with glute-focused Bulgarian split squats. An important note here is that you want to slightly lean over and maintain a longer stride away from your bench (or box). Don't rush your reps. As you reach the stretched position, pause for 1-2 seconds before raising back up. 🥵 •We also have step-ups today. You'll want to lean slightly forward with your torso. When stepping down from the box, aim to step back further away, not directly behind it. Try to control both the upward and downward motions, avoiding pushing yourself away from the floor. If you need help with balance, just hold onto the wall. •The timer will be set for 45 seconds of work with 20 seconds of rest between, and 15 seconds of rest between exercises in the circuits. •Today, slow it down. Enjoy every rep. We'll finish off the workout with a mobility routine that doesn't repeat.
