This 40 min hip opening vinyasa flow will challenge your foot and calf muscles with tippy toe balance! Tippy toe is optional if you have foot, ankle or calf sensitivities - you will still get the benefit of the class! If you tend to keep your socks on during your yoga practice, I recommend experimenting with taking them off for this class to see if you find you have a more stable grip in some of these tippy toe poses we will be holding.
