Layer a baking pan with parchment paper. Combine all ingredients. Spread (thin layer) on baking pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven. Using a pizza cutter, cut into thin slices and serve. Diabetic Bread Recipe 1 ½ cup almond flour 1 container 2% greek yogurt 1 tsp baking powder (OPTIONAL - salt, herbs) Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine almond flour, yogurt and baking powder. Pour mixture onto parchment paper. Mold into your desired bread shape. IMPORTANT - Spray top with non-stick cooking spray. Bake for 28-40 minutes. If you made a THICK bread, you will need to cook LONGER. If you feel like the top is burning, cover with aluminum foil. Remove from oven and let cool! Serve.
