How to do a deep side-to-side lunges for strengthening and increasing mobility in your hip adductors while also working your side glutes, hamstrings, quads and core. Be sure to move through the full range of motion at a slow, controlled speed. While everyone’s anatomy unique and your body positioning may look slightly different, be sure to follow the general exercise guidelines to ensure good form.
