This gentle standing somatic flow is an invitation to reconnect with your body through breath, rhythm, and supported movement—without pushing, forcing, or performing. This practice is designed for moments when you feel activated, heavy, or disconnected, and need a way to come back into your body with steadiness and choice. Through slow standing movement, simple breathwork, and grounding practices, the body is given space to release held survival energy while staying oriented and supported. Rather than focusing on form, this practice emphasizes sensation, pacing, and listening. Movements are repetitive and adaptable, allowing the nervous system to settle gradually and organically. You are always welcome to pause, modify, or simply observe. This session may be supportive if you are living with grief by death or ambiguous loss, navigating trauma or chronic stress, or seeking a gentle, embodied way to regulate the nervous system while staying upright and engaged. Nothing needs to be done perfectly here. This is an offering of presence, breath, and movement—guided slowly, with care. You’re invited to meet yourself where you are and move only as much as feels right. This is a trauma-informed standing somatic practice for grief and nervous system regulation.
