This 20 minute Quick Burn yoga class is the perfect blend of vinyasa power yoga with a hint of cardio. A great opportunity to heat up, strengthen and lengthen the muscles. This practice will activate into your transverse abdominis, rectus abdominis and the surratus anterior, making it the perfect FULL CORE engaging practice. We will also strengthen the pectorals and surrounding muscles. This class is primarily focused on intermediate level practitioners. Moderate level, please take adaptions throughout if necessary.
