This vinyasa power yoga practice is focused on building heat throughout the body and using that heat to find flexibily in the muscles, particularly the hamstrings. This class will leave you feeling energised, invigorated and wanting more. This practice is a moderate - intermediate class. Please make adaptions throughout if necessary and always listen to your body. I recommending having a block at hand if you have tight hamstrings, though it’s not essential.
