"Delicious Kadai Paneer Recipe - Easy Step by Tutorial" कढाई पनीर #झटपट कैसे बनाएँ सामग्री : 1-पनीर 150 ग्राम 2-प्याज एक कटा हुआ 3- एक टमाटर बारीक कटा हुआ 4- एक शिमला मिर्च कटी हुई 5-काजू 7-8 पानी में भिगे हुए 6- अदरक कटा हुआ 7- लहसुन की 3-4 कलियाँ 8 -देगी मिर्च एक चम्मच 9-हल्दी पाउडर आधा चम्मच 10-एकछोटी चम्मच गर्म मसाला 11- एक चम्मच धनिया पाउडर 12- नमक स्वादानुसार 13- हरा धनिया कटा हुआ 14- ताजा मलाई 15- तेल 2-3 चम्मच 16-जीरा एक चम्मच Ingredients : 1-cottage cheese 150 grams 2-onion sliced 3- finely chopped tomatoes 4- A bell pepper chopped 5-cashews soaked in 7-8 water 6- Ginger chopped 7- 3-4 cloves of garlic 8 - hot chili a spoon 9-turmeric powder ½ teaspoon 10-teaspoon garam masala 11- One teaspoon Coriander Powder 12- Salt as per taste 13- Coriander chopped 14- Fresh Cream 15- Oil 2-3 teaspoons 16-cumin spoon कढाई पनीर कैसे बनाएँ : 1-कढाई में तेल डालें और गर्म करें । 2-अब जीरा डालें और गैस गैस हल्की कर लें, फिर लहसुन, अदरक, हरी मिर्च कटी हुई, प्याज,टमाटर और काजु डालकर चलाए और 2-3 मिनट तक ढककर पकाए । 3- जब मसाला अच्छे से भुन जाए तब मसाले को दो भागोंमें करें, एक भाग कढाई में छोड दें, एक भाग को काजु के साथ मिक्सी में डालकर चलाए,और दरदरा पीस लें । 4- जो एक भाग कढाई में है, उसमें शिमला मिर्च कटी हुई, डालकर चलाए। 5- अब मिर्च पाउडर, धनिया पाउडर, हल्दी पाउडर, देगी मिर्च पाउडर डालकर चलाए ।साथ में पनीर भी डालें । 6- फिर गरम मसाला, और स्वादानुसार नमक डालें और चलाए ।और मसाले का पेस्ट डालें और ढककर 2-3 मिनट के लिए पकाए । 7- अब पनीर में मलाई और हरा धनिया कटा हुआ डालें चलाए । 8- स्वादिष्ट कढाई पनीर तैयार है सर्व करने के लिए । इस तरह से एक बार अवश्य बनाए ऊंगलियां चाटते ,रह जाएंगे । How to make Kadhai Paneer: Add oil to a pan and heat it. 2-Now add cumin seeds and reduce the flame, then add garlic, ginger, chopped green chillies, onion, tomatoes and cashews and stir and cover for 2-3 minutes. 3- When the masala is well roasted then divide the masala in two parts, leave one part in the pan, put one part in the mixture with cashew nuts, and grind coarsely. 4- One part which is in the pan, add capsicum, chopped and stir. 5- Now add chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, degi chilli powder and stir.
