This 20-minute slow flow practice is designed to help you build sustainable mobility from head to toe with no rushing, no force, just mindful movement that honors where you are today. I'm Lindsay from Visions Incorporated, and this is the final practice in our Foundation & Trust series. Whether you've been with me all month or you're just joining now, you're in the right place. This flow brings together everything we've explored: gentleness, energy, release, and now, full-body integration. What You'll Need: ~ A yoga mat or comfortable space to move ~ 20 minutes to invest in your body ~ Trust in the process (progress takes time, and that's okay) What We'll Practice: ✨ Intention: "I move with patience" We'll flow through poses that challenge your balance, open your body, and build mobility in a way that feels sustainable. Each movement connects upper and lower body, strength and flexibility, effort and ease: ** Standing Half Moon to stretch your side body and connect from fingertips to toes ** Pyramid Pose to build hamstring and hip mobility while exploring balance ** Low Lunge to deeply open your hips with options to meet your body's needs ** Open Arm Revolved Chair to integrate strength, balance, and spinal rotation This practice is perfect if you: Want to improve overall flexibility and range of motion Feel ready to explore more challenging poses with support Are building toward a sustainable, long-term yoga practice Need a practice that integrates strength and mobility Want to move your whole body without feeling rushed or overwhelmed Are committed to progress over perfection No quick fixes.
