In this video, I will teach you how to cook Pork Knuckle with Ginger Vinegar at home and the skills. 充滿骨膠原與筋膜的豬腳泡浸在有補血活血、散瘀解毒、消食化積功效的濃濃甜醋中,加入祛風散寒、溫暖脾胃的生薑,此產品對產後具有很好的祛風補虛作用,亦十分適合體質虛寒人士或月經後調理身體食用 [滋補養生豬腳薑醋] 材料: 老姜3斤 甜醋5斤 黑糯米醋1支 豬腳2隻 雞蛋12隻 1. 先將薑洗淨 2. 將薑刮去皮後拍扁切開 吹乾 備用 3. 豬腳洗淨 汆水 10分鐘(凍水落豬腳) 4. 豬腳出水後洗淨 再放入熱水煮15分鐘 然後撈起 沖水後備用 5. 用白鑊將薑煎香 然後放入瓦煲中 6. 將甜醋及黑醋加入瓦煲中 7. 用大火,將薑及醋煲30分鐘 然後轉中細火煲兩小時 8. 兩小時後加入豬腳煲20分鐘 9. 將雞蛋烚熟剝殼備用 10. 再加入雞蛋 待薑醋再次滾起後關火 11. 將所有材料在醋中浸上一晚 12. 一晚後再翻熱後 即成 [Pork Knuckle with Ginger Vinegar] Ingredients: Old ginger 1.5kgs Sweet vinegar 3kgs Black glutinous rice vinegar 1 bottles 2 Pork Knuckle 12 eggs 1. Wash the pork knuckle and put into cold water and cook for 10 minutes 4. Rinse the pork knuckle, put them in hot water and cook for 15 minutes, then take them out and rinse with water for later use 5. Fry the ginger until fragrant in wok without oil and put it in a clay pot 6. Add sweet vinegar and black vinegar into the clay pot 7. Use high heat to cook the ginger and vinegar for 20 minutes, then turn to medium heat and cook for 2 hours 8. After two hours, add pork knuckle and cook for 20 minutes 9. Boil the eggs and remove the shell for later use 10. Add eggs into the vinegar, switch off the fire after the vinegar re-billing again 11. Soak all ingredients in vinegar overnight 12.
