Welcome to Week 2 of the 28 Day Dumbbell Strength Series!🔥 You’ve made it to Day 8 and I hope you’re feeling recharged, focused, and ready to keep level up after that well deserved recovery day yesterday. Today we have a full body session with lots of combo exercises to challenge your body. We’ll be stepping it up with shorter rest periods than last week’s full body session because you’re stronger now, and you’re ready for it. So grab your dumbbells, bring your energy, and let’s do this. This series is for intermediates/strong beginners, you should be able to perform exercises with correct technique. ✅ No jumping options are available for the cardio elements, so this workout can be low impact.
