Made with simple ingredients that come together quickly, it’s a perfect dessert for the backyard bbq, family reunion, or yes, the church potluck. This isn’t your normal instant pudding recipe because we will add two extra ingredients to put it over the top. Simple recipe but with big flavor! Welcome to Dinner at the Big House, where we will always cook food that people love! Let’s Go Recipe: (As made in the Video) Should feed 10-12 people 2- 3.4oz boxes of Jello Instant Vanilla Pudding mix 1- 8oz package of cream cheese 2- 8oz containers of Cool Whip Whole milk- follow the directions for the pudding mix 6- Ripe bananas 1- box of Vanilla Wafers In a microwave safe bowl: Add cream cheese and 2 cups of milk Cover and put in microwave for 2:30 minutes until cream cheese is soft. Mix with hand mixer of whisk until cream cheese is completely incorporated in the milk. If you still have lumps, heat for another minute. Pour cream cheese and milk mixture into a mixing bowl that is big enough for all you your ingredients. In Mixing Bowl: Add cream cheese and milk mixture Add 2 more cups of cold milk or what ever you need to follow the directions for the pudding Add your pudding mix to the bowl and mix until it starts to thicken. Add 1 of the tubs of Cool Whip and mix thoroughly using a spatula. Place covered in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours to let set up. Remove and add the other tub of Cool Whip Cut the 6 bananas into desired sizes and add to mixture Add your vanilla wafers. Refrigerate until ready to serve
