Warm thoughts, Julia #slowlife #cottagecore #simpleliving Blueberry Galette: Crust 2 1/2 cup flour 1/4 cup sugar 1/4 tsp salt 1 cup cold butter 1/4 cup ice water Make the crust by adding flour, sugar, and salt in a food processor. Pulse a few times. Add in butter and pulse until butter is in very small pieces. Slowly add in the water until dough is fully combined. Let chill in fridge for an hour. Then roll dough in a circle about 1/4 inch thick. Transfer on parchment paper. Filling 4 cups blueberries 1/4 cup sugar 2 tablespoons flour 1 teaspoon lemon zest 2 tablespoons lemon juice Combine everything in a bowl and add in the middle of the pie crust. Wrap the edges of the dough around the blueberries. Brush with an egg wash and sprinkle with coarse sugar. Bake 425 for about 25 minutes. Egg wash 1 egg 1 tablespoon milk Bake 425 about 25 minutes
