REHAB LOG DAY 1: To build the ultimate version of myself, I have to fix the foundation first. Right now, my back injury is stopping me from training at 100%. Today, I stop ignoring the pain and start the process of healing. THE ROUTINE: In this session, I put the heavy weights down and focused entirely on mobility and stability. Focus 1: Deep Diaphragmatic Breathing (to release tension). Focus 2: Low-impact spinal mobility movements. Focus 3: Identifying pain triggers and working around them.
