Tangy Treat Kitchen wishes you all a very happy and safe Christmas 🎄🎄 Celebrate festive season with us and make this classic Italian beauty, 'Panna cotta' which is basically cooked and set cream with flavours of your choice. It completely melts in your mouth and is a very delicate dessert to satisfy your sweet tooth craving. So bring the festive cheer and let it snow, let it snow, let it snow....... All you need is- Ingredients: 2 cup Double cream 1 cup milk 2 tbsp caster Sugar 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder 2 tsp Chocolate Powder 1 Vanilla pod 3g of veg gel powder Strawberries Icing Sugar for snow dust Method: 1) mix 3 g gel powder in 1/2 cup cold water untill it completely dissolves 2) microwave it for 30 sec and keep it aside 3) mix 1 cup cream, 1/2 cup milk , 1 tbsp sugar, vanilla seeds and mix well. 4) simmer it on low flame, then put veg gel into it. 5 ) sieve through and put in the glasses as shown in video, then keep in fridge for an hour to set. 6) with same method mix other ingredients and make chocolate mixture. 7) once vanilla cream set, pour chocolate mixture in glasses and keep in fridge to set. 8) topped with strawberry and sugar dust and serve chilled.
