Lets check detailed description of meals: Breakfast : Apple Berry Oatmeal Serving : 1 Ingredients For apple Berry Puree 45 Gm peeled and diced apple 40 gm fresh blueberry For Oatmeal 3/4 cup water 40 gm (1/2 cup) powdered oats 1 tsp chia seeds 150 ml 2% reduced fat milk 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein (I am using dymatize brand protein) Apple Berry Puree For Garnishing: Apples, Blueberries, 1 tsp white chocolates (you can any other nut or dried fruit or granola of your choice) Lunch : Quinoa Chickpea Salad Serving : 1 Ingredients: 1/4 cup Dry Quinoa (Boil it and use the entire for one serving) 100 gm Boiled White chana/Chickpeas 1/3 cup finely chopped onions 1/3 cup finely chopped cucumbers 2 tbsp steamed carrots 5-6 cherry tomato halves Dinner : Paneer & Veg Loaded Grilled Sandwich (Nutrition info mentioned is per one sandwich) Servings : 2 1/3 cup Finely chopped red onions 1/2 cup finely chopped bell peppers 2 tbsp sweet corns 70 gm low fat paneer 1/2 cup grated carrot salt as taste abd 1/2 tsp black pepper powder Whole Wheat bread slices Dressing: 2 tbsp low fat greek yogurt + 1 tbsp mint chutney Follow the instructions as shown in the video to prepare all these delicious meals for you.
