Focus on your quads and core with a narrow stance squat. Best for strength, tone, and improving squat form. This is similar to a traditional squat, however, you will bring your feet slightly closer together so they are just within shoulders width distance apart. Keep your abs tight and shoulders directly over your hips. Keep your chest lifted and shoulders back while you squat down and bring your arms directly out in front of you so that they are parallel to the ground. Then stand back up, straightening your legs, and repeat. The closer you bring your feet together, the more you will feel it in your quads, toning and tightening with each squat. G-Tip: Bringing your arms directly out in front of you will allow for better balance since this is a more narrow stance and takes a bit more core stability.
