Title: Neuralgic Amyotrophy Speaker: Dr. Jessica Thériault, Physiatry, Montreal Neurological Clinic MUHC Hybrid Medical Grand Rounds Tuesday, 12/9/2025 at 12h00-13h00 Educational objectives: 1) Recognize its typical clinical presentation from the acute stage and chronic secondary complications. 2) Research for specific signs on physical examination. 3) Request the appropriate investigations and understand their diagnostic values and limitations. 4) Initiate appropriate pharmacological treatment in the acute setting, educate and orient patient toward a multidisciplinary team. Biosketch of Dr. Jessica Thériault: Dr. Jessica Thériault completed a residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation in Université Laval and a fellowship in EMG and Neuromuscular Medicine at Montreal Neurological Institute. She currently practices in specialized outpatient services: Chronic Pain Management clinic Montreal General Hospital Neuromuscular clinic and Multiple sclerosis Clinic in MNI.
