The Chicken: Cook the chicken thighs in a pan with oil and tandoori marinade. Shred the chicken once it's fully cooked. 2. The Mix: In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with bell peppers, mozzarella, chives, and red chilli flakes. 3. The Assembly: Cut puff pastry into rectangles. Place the filling on one side, fold over, and press the edges with a fork to seal. 4.
