Cook until about 70–80% done. • Drain, rinse under cold water, and toss with a little sesame oil. 4. Cook the chicken: • Heat oil in a pan. Add the marinated chicken and pan-fry over medium heat until one side is golden and crispy. Flip and cook the other side until equally crisp. Set aside. 5. Stir-fry and combine: • In the same pan, add sliced onions and stir-fry until soft. • Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant. • Add cabbage and stir-fry until softened. • Add noodles and cooked chicken.
